PhoneCheck diagnostic software will perform 80+ various tests on each device to determine the functionality of the hardware and software.
Conditional Checks
Our device technicians will look at each device and determine a grade/condition based on the visual appearance.

Every device that we receive will go through a certified data wipe process to remove any personal information and data.
You're not being 'ripped off'
During testing, some recycling companies may claim that your device has problems, faults or issues and attempt to reduce the amount that they can offer you. By using verified software we ensure that any problems are genuine and there's a diagnostic report with every test.
Official faults/issues are identified
By using PhoneCheck on every device, we maintain a certain standard and this is consistent with every test we complete. Only faults and problems that affect the usability and functionality of a device is flagged.
Your data is officially removed
The Data Wipe is certified by ADISA. This means that you can be confident and 100% certain that your data has been erased and cannot be sold on or passed to a 3rd party for misuse.
